Our ministry primarily serves at Camp Fred Miller, an LA County Juvenile Probation Camp for male teens ages 13-18, which is located in Malibu. At Camp Miller we compassionately listen and infuse our young brothers with hope for a brighter future.

Specifically our volunteers celebrate Mass with the youth of Camp Miller every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m.followed by working together in the following programs:

  • Individual or small group sharing
  • Sacrament Preparation
  • Poetry Writing
  • Art Therapy
  • Reading Project

All volunteers must undergo VIRTUS training, live scanning, and training conducted by Los Angeles Archdiocese's Office of Restorative Justice. The Office of Restorative Justice oversees all Catholic service programs and volunteers serving at the juvenile halls and probation camps throughout the Archdiocese.

Adult men and women who have a desire to serve and the heart to work with youth are invited to volunteer with us.
