We're pleased to share with the community St. Monica Strategic Vision 2020, the new long-range plan for St.Monica that will help guide our community over the next five years. The plan is the result of a comprehensive review of the needs of the parish community, an analysis of activities within our various parish and ministry councils, and the impact of changes in our surrounding community.

Our 2020 Vision utilizes information gathered from over 2,300 respondents to our parish survey, guidance from subject matter experts and leaders in our community, plans for our schools, best-practices from Christian communities across the nation, and leadership from our Archdiocese and Pope Francis. Within the publication you can read more about our mission and goals, assumptions about what could impact our community over the next five years, opportunities to support seven key goals, and how we can measure success by increasing spiritual commitment and member engagement.
