Meatless (and Healthy Living!) Mondays
Each week we will feature a meatless entrée for you and your family to enjoy and a practice to help make your daily spiritual path a healthy one. The recipes are found on the Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowl website and represent dishes from around the worl: https://www.crsricebowl.org/recipe
Legim is the Haitian Creole word for vegetable. The mountain terraced farms of Haiti produce some amazing carrots, cabbages, and onions, basic ingredients for any good stew.
