Spend Time with Nature! nature2

Spending time with nature is one of the best spiritual activities that we can do to stay healthy. Stepping outdoors relieves stress and tension and helps us clear our mind. Walking out of your front door or into your yard is a good first step but also consider going on a hike, spending time in a park, sitting under a tree or walking by the ocean.
