The trip departs Los Angeles June 17 returning on June 28. You also have the option of adding on a guided 3-day safari to see the beauty and wonder of Masai Mara, Kenya.

The trip includes 9 nights in the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi, full American breakfasts daily, all transfers, 3 lunches and 2 dinners. A limited number of single rooms are available as well as additional nights for those arriving earlier or departing later. The charge for the land portion of the trip is $2499. The additional 3-day safari is $1,699.

Key dates to keep in mind for the 2023 Africa trip:

• December 2022 – March 2023: interested travelers meet with a Trips Team member to learn about the expectations and experience.
• April 1, 2023: Non-refundable deposit $500 due
• May 2, 2023: Faith and Culture meeting with Christine Gerrity
• May 15, 2023: Final payment due
• May 23, 2023: Nuts and Bolts meeting with Peter Heller
