Early Morning Contemplative Prayer
Join Dr. Jim Finley in the Church for silent prayer and meditation from 5:30 to 6:30 am followed by Mass on Ash Wednesday, February 10, and Wednesday, March 23
Soup and Stations: Every Friday during Lent
Come together Stations of the Cross at 6:30 pm in the church followed by a simple soup supper at 7:30 pm in the Grand Pavilion (or Caruso A & B) on Fridays beginning February 12 through March 18. This centuries-old devotion helps us to meditate on the last hours of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and join our sufferings to His as we reflect and pray with Him on the way to Calvary. $5.00 per person for soup!* Pleae note: on March 4, Stations of the Cross will begin at 7 pm in the St. Andre Bessette Chapel.
Lenten Taizé Prayer at the foot of the Cross—Join us in the Church every Saturday at 4:55 p.m. prior to the Saturday 5:30 liturgy beginning February 13.
February 25-28: Religious Education Congress: Register for and attend Religious Education Congress on February 25-28 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Congress will open with Youth Day on Thursday, February 25, followed by three days of workshops for adults on February 26-28. St. Monica will host a hospitality suite at the Anaheim Marriot for all St. Monica parishioners. Lunch will be available on Friday and Saturday along with wine and cheese reception on Friday night. March 12-14: Parish Retreat
Join us on the weekend of March 12 and 13 at all Masses as we welcome Bishop Gorden Bennett from the Jesuit community at LMU. He will lead a one-night parish retreat on Monday, March 14 at 7 pm.
March 19: Community Seder Dinner—We invite you to join us for our Seder Meal on Saturday, March 19, as we celebrate our spiritual roots. Tickets will be available online beginning March 4. You can also purchase tickets in the Parish Office during weekdays or in the Duval Center during the weekends of March 5-6 and March 12-13. We also need volunteers to help sell tickets, set up, serve, and clean up after the dinner. Contact or (310) 566-1520 if you're interested in helping.

Tuesday,March 22: Communal Liturgy of Reconciliation 7 pm
Wednesday, March 23: 4 to 7 pm
Thursday, March 24: 8:30 to 10 am;1:30 to 3 pm.
No Confession on Good Friday or Holy Saturday.
