Today we visited St. André Bessette Church – Phase 1, the church that once stood at the heart of our early partnership with Dandora. For many in our group, it was a return to familiar ground. For others, it was a first encounter with a place filled with deep spiritual memory and meaning. St. André reminds us of the enduring roots of our relationship with Holy Cross Parish and how far this ministry has come.
From there, we gathered for presentations from the youth and young adult ministries of Dandora. Through music, testimony, and energized dance performances, they shared what their faith means to them and how they are actively shaping the future of their parish. Their leadership, joy, and spiritual depth were deeply inspiring. It wasn’t just a presentation—it was a celebration of Church life in motion.
Later in the afternoon, we returned to St. James School, where we had the opportunity to spend more time with the children. We played games, danced, laughed, and made space for friendship and connection. What began as a simple visit turned into a shared experience of joy and mutual delight.
Today was full of motion—of bodies, hearts, and community. We witnessed a living Church: bold, expressive, and grounded in the next generation. These young people are not just the Church of tomorrow—they are leading today.
