Veronika’s Place is a food distribution program that supports HIV/AIDS patients in the Dandora

Holy Cross Community in Kenya, supported by St. Monica Africa Ministry.

In partnership with the Los Angeles Marathon, we raise funds to provideover 500 people each month

with basic provisions annually. These men, women, and children cannot survive their condition of HIV or AIDS, even with antiviral medications, if they do not have nourishing food.

Each year our team of runners and walkers participate in the Los Angeles Marathon 5k, Charity Half, and Full Marathon as team Race 4 Veronika’s Place, raising over $50k. ⯑ Blessing of Shoes!

Join us at the Sunday, 5:30pm liturgy in the Church on March 9 as we bless the shoes of this year’s Race 4 Veronika’s Place Team.

⯑ Race Day!

The LA Big 5K is Saturday, March 15 at Dodger Stadium. 

The Los Angeles Marathon and the Charity Half Marathon are Sunday, March 16.  The race starts at Dodger Stadium and finishes at Century City.
