The mission of the Respect Life Ministry is to foster a consistent ethic of life at St. Monica Catholic Community – respecting all human life, at any age and stage, from the moment of conception until natural death. We hope to deepen the understanding of the dignity of life by providing information, raising awareness, advocacy efforts, and through participation in communal and individual prayer efforts.

Upcoming Activities

Serve at Harvest Home

Come and join Respect Life Ministry for a morning of service at Harvest Home at their Venice location on Saturday March 22, 11a to 1p.  Get to know a little bit about this organization that has been very helpful to pregnant women experiencing homelessness and their babies since 1985.  We will be doing a bit of spring cleaning.

Parking in the neighborhood is very limited, so carpooling is strongly recommended. Shared ride services and the Santa Monica Bus are also options.

To volunteer and for directions contact Margaret Olivares at   Limited number of volunteer spaces so contact us soon.
