The mission of the Respect Life Ministry is to foster a consistent ethic of life at St. Monica Catholic Community – respecting all human life, at any age and stage, from the moment of conception until natural death. We hope to deepen the understanding of the dignity of life by providing information, raising awareness, advocacy efforts, and through participation in communal and individual prayer efforts.
You can protect mothers and children by joining this worldwide mobilization to pray and fast for an end to abortion!
Through prayer and fasting, peaceful vigils and community outreach, 40 Days for Life has inspired 1,000,000+ volunteers!
Here’s how to take part in 40 Days for Life in our community:
Basically, you pick the hour(s) and the day you can stand for life outside of the local Family Planning Office listed below. You then contact the local organizer, Margaret Olivares, who is also a St. Monica parishioner and let her know when you can serve.
DIAPER DRIVE Wrap-up!
St. Monica Respect Life Ministry thanks all those who supported this year's Diaper Drive. We collected 6,447 diapers.
