On June 19, 2022, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, the Church in the United States will launch a three-year Eucharistic Revival. This is a movement of Catholics across the United States, healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist—and sent out in mission for the life of the world.
Here in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we will host a series of experiences in the coming year to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and promote Eucharistic devotion, including:
On this solemnity of Corpus Christi, we gather at the table of the Lord, invited to share in this sacred meal in which Christ himself provides the food and drink for us to consume, the bread of life and the cup of eternal salvation.
Following the 11:30 a.m. Mass this Sunday, we’ll observe a Corpus Christi procession here at St. Monica.
