This past season, we scheduled four [4] in-person events. Unfortunately, we canceled our December event, so this question focuses on the three remaining events that were held.

We are hoping to build a team of people who will be available to help plan for our in-person events. Being on the team for an in-person event would entail the following: arrival at least ½ hour before our doors open for set-up, possible help managing refreshments during the event and cleaning up at least ½ hour after the event.
