Veronika’s Place, a vital food distribution program, extends support to those with HIV or AIDS in the Dandora Holy Cross Community of Kenya, a cause championed by St. Monica Holy Cross Africa Ministry. In a synergistic partnership with the Los Angeles Marathon, they not only raise essential funds but also awareness to sustain over 500 individuals monthly with basic provisions.
Participants had a fantastic time at the LA Marathon this past Sunday, March 17, where the dedicated team of runners and walkers, under the banner of Race 4 Veronika’s Place, collectively raised over $40k and affirmed St. Monica's commitment to this incredible cause.
