We are delighted to announce that starting the first weekend in May, we will be reintroducing the cup with the precious blood at select Masses and specific celebrations. This change offers a beautiful opportunity to embrace the fullness of our sacraments, providing a richer, more complete expression of our Eucharistic celebration. As we approach this transition, our extraordinary ministers of communion, hospitality ministers, and sacristans are engaging in thorough preparation. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reverent experience as we anticipate a full return by the feast of Corpus Christi.
The reintroduction of the cup is a significant step that reflects our dedication to enhancing the spiritual life of our parish community. It is an invitation to deepen our participation in the mystery of the Eucharist. To support this transition, we will implement thoughtful measures addressing practical logistics and health precautions, ensuring that our community can partake in both species safely and reverently. We look forward to sharing this gift and grace with you, and we appreciate your cooperation and enthusiasm as we move forward together in faith.
